Another Book Under My Belt
Mark and I (since marriage 6 years ago) have had an ongoing book contest! We record every book we read in a little notebook and I just added to my total, finishing Harry Potter and The Order of the Pheonix. It has ben a LONG time since I have read a book and I really enjoyed this one. It was full of suspense and even though written for kids, was interesting and held my attention- does that say something about me? Yikes! I would definitely not let me kids read this book till they are teenagers. Harry Potter as a character tends to be selfish and headstrong, as well as always rebelling against authority. I want to teach my kids to be able to read a book and discern good and bad within it, so I think they need to wait till they are older to be able to read this book. Not sure what my next book will be and welcome any suggestions!

hi ms. gomez. I am kelsey kinnear. i was one of your students about say 5 years ago. i went to the christian school in MA. you were my favorite teacher. i them moved to texas in the middle of 3rd grade. i miss you teribbly and want to talk to you.
