A First Dose of Realism
So my daughter’s have a little preschool Christmas thing coming up. My wife asked Arianna some questions about it and we found that Arianna has received her first dose of realism. Their conversation went like this:
Mom: What are you doing for your Christmas program?
Arianna: Someone will be Mary, someone will be Joseph, the other boys are all shepherds, and the rest of the girls will be angels.
M: What are you going to be?
A: Well, I’m going to ask if I can be Mary, but I’ll probably be an angel.
